Cavento – Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges to help ensure you get the perfect fit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
